Introduction
In a realm named Kalious, saturated with the mystical energy of Erokalious, a cataclysm drew this once peaceful world towards the brink of demise. The life sources of Erokalious from all corners of the world began to fade. Amidst this setting, a young maiden embarked on a journey of adventure and redemption, and a quest to discover her true self.
Erokalious
Erokalious is the source of life for all things,
flowing through rivers, cities, and even veins. It is the driving force behind people's lives and
adventures. Creatures that lose Erokalious will solidify within ten days and eventually turn to
ashes, unable to return to the kalious Hourglass.
World of Erokalious
The kalious Hourglass leaves behind Erokalious energy from the Nirvana every year to sustain the world. However, starting from ten years ago, the Erokalious flow was disrupted due to a catastrophic disaster- Degenraye that broke the energy cycle at the Nirvana(Hub). As a result, Erokalious no longer flows normally through the world. Everything in existence gradually loses its vitality as the energy depletes over time. Forests, mountains, oceans, cities, and all things lose their colors, solidify and eventually into ashes.
ColorLess Realm-Nirvana
The Colorless Realm is the realm of mediation, where the Mediator resides. In the Colorless Realm, there are no material phenomena; only the four attributes of life allow to enter in this realm: sensation, perception, mental formations, and consciousness.
Life Cycle
All things draw upon Erokalious as their life source. This energy crystallizes at the top of the Kalious hourglass, and through the regulation and stabilization of mediators at the Nirvana, naturally descends as nourishment into the kalious world, merging with the substance or life. When the material or life ceases or dissipates, this energy transforms back into tiny energy molecules, recirculating once again to the top of the Kalious hourglass.

Degenraye
A cataclysm, still unfolding, has struck the land of Kalious with devastating force, a disaster so severe that some whisper it to be a divine retribution, a punishment from the gods.
However, ten years ago, a natural epidemic swept through people's minds. This illness does not directly harm their physical bodies or cause coughs, etc. Instead, it gradually closes off people's irises, preventing them from capturing the energy of Erokalious. As a result, they perceive the entire world to be in shades of ash. As more people's irises fail to capture Erokalious energy, even in death, they are unable to return the Erokalious to the top of the kalious Hourglass. This leads to the depletion and decline of Erokaliou. This event is what people refer to as the cata isaster that occurred ten years ago.
The so-called catastrophic disaster refers to a condition known as Degenraye , which is a disease that originates from people's inner selves. Although Erokalious exists in the world, supporting and maintaining the balance of everything, and serving as the energy source for life, its true origin lies in what people's irises capture.
Lower District
This is a city where magical technology and ancient minerals intertwine. Situated between the sea and the mountains, a central abyss formed due to ancient events harbors hidden relics. The floating city fosters both technology and governance, while its subterranean minerals naturally enable the city to levitate. The central area of the floating city houses the government that manages the entire city, as well as public servants and traders. Numerous national research institutions are also established here. However, due to the continent-wide influence of 'Degenraye,' resources have become scarce. The levitational force generated by the minerals is disappearing, and underground minerals have decreased significantly. To prevent the city from falling, a large sum of money was spent on constructing a magical levitating stone array. Yet, due to the significant reduction in exported minerals, the city is facing financial constraints, escalating tensions between the upper and lower districts. Central administrators have also been dwindling year by year.
Moon Plate
This is the entry point to the floating city and the place where minerals collected by those in the lower district are gathered and purchased. It is also a crucial military stronghold for the floating city.
This area is home to adventurers and ordinary residents. It attracts many adventurers and miners due to its rich mineral resources and ancient ruins in the caves. Most miners sell their mined ores to the Central Association in the Lower District, which then transports them to Moonplate City. Since the dengenraye, a large number of people in the Lower District have died from famine, as well as from poor air quality caused by dengenraye catastrophy leading to weakened constitutions and even death. Nowadays, only a few residents and an adventurers' association remain in the Lower District.

According to an ancient inscription on a renowned relic within a cave, a prophecy foretells the advent of a savior destined to rescue the world of Kalios, restoring its waning vitality. Yet, the truth diverges from the tale. The protagonist, both mediator's envoy and the prophesied savior, undergoes a transformation due to the influence of the power of the ash particles. She emerges as an individual entity, distinct from the legendary redeemer poised to salvage Kalios. Her journey of redemption takes an unconventional path, not towards saving the world as legend dictates, but rather towards self-salvation.

The Degenraye lands
This is where the Dengenraye catastrophe inflicted its most severe impact, causing extensive damage to vast lands, mountains, and cities. Large populations were displaced to other areas. Nowadays, there are scarcely any living creatures left in this region—only mutated monsters and ancient relics remain.
